About Martin Fox
Martin Fox graduated Columbia Law School in 1961 where he was a member of the Law Review.
From 1961 to 1962 he served as Law Clerk to Judge Smith on the 2d Circuit Court of Appeals. Thereafter, Martin was engaged in the practice of Corporate, Securities and Tax Law with various Law Firms in NYC as an associate and then as a founding Partner in Leibowitz, Milberg, Weiss & Fox. During that period he was primarily involved in M&A and Corporate Finance. Martin was also responsible for monitoring investments for an SBIC and a major Swiss Bank.
In 1972 Mr. Fox joined Initio as a Managing Director and was elected to Pres., co-CEO and a board member a few years later.
